-PAYMENTS

Tuition is due at the beginning of each session. Tuition is not pro-rated based on attendance and not refundable under any circumstances. Enrollment in a class prevents us from assigning it to another student. As a result, tuition must be paid for the registered spot. Payments not received by the second class of the session will incur a late payment fee of $15. There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks. Once a check is returned, we do not accept a check from that individual or organization again. 

                        

-MAKE-UP CLASSES

Must be scheduled in advance and may NOT be carried over into the next session. Only 1 make-up per class is allowed per session.

                        

-HOLIDAYS

Perfect Score honors all holidays and will be closed for major legal holidays, including but not limited to: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas without tuition adjustments. You may call to schedule a make-up class. 

                        

-TUITION IS NOT REFUNDABLE    

Tuition rate is based on a 4 week session. In the event of an unforeseen class cancellation or closure beyond Perfect Score's control those classes will be forfeited. 

 

-WHAT TO WEAR

Boys or Girls may wear tucked in T-shirts and shorts/leggings OR Leotards for Girls. No zippers for boys please.  NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Personal items should be left with parent. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. This facility's staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name. All students must be potty trained unless accompanied by an adult during class.

-BE ON TIME

Any student more than 15 minutes late to class will NOT be allowed to take class that day. This is for the safety of the student and staff. Warm Up is a critical part of gymnastics and tumbling! Parent/Guardian please call for a make-up class.
